The Imperial Secret Service (SS) has dispatched several agents to Lusatia. Most of them were the staff of the Tyvian Embassy in Kazimierzgrad. These were:
Klim Salnarj - Ambassador to Lusatia
Maxim Habarov - Captain of the Embassy security team
Danilo Uljanov - Secondary Ambassador
12 more people on minor roles in the embassy, such as secretaries, janitors, etc.
In addition, the SS had a double agent in the Lusatian Intelligence Agency (LIA), Jan Skrzetusky

Jan Skrzetusky, the SS's agent in the LIA, was an unassuming man. Remarkably good at blending into a crowd, his superior at the LIA noted that few would suspect him of being a government agent if he were to infiltrate political meetings to spy on them.
These same qualities meant that no one yet considered he might be on multiple nations' payrolls, though this was, in fact, the case. Working on the behalf of Tyvia's SS, he provided the Tyvian government with details of the organizational strength and plans of the Lusatian Communist Party and of EONI.
His latest report indicated the beginnings of possible fracturing in EONI, with the Civil Rights Movement beginning to divide between proponents of violence and supporters of Reverend King, who called for non-violent protest. The pro-violence faction, Jan noted, were overwhelmingly pro-Communist, though, similarly, the Communist Part denounced violent revolution as a means to bring about true workers' equality.
Jan also noted that while the leader of the Lusatian Communist Party, Szymon Poterek, was a moderate within the party, much of the leadership was not, and supposed that should he become Prime Minister, it would be likely that he would be replaced by hardliners who would turn Lusatia down an even less trustworthy path.
As his written report concluded (in person meetings were dangerous, after all, as it would provide a direct connection between him and his true superiors), he inquired as to whether there was anything in particular within those organizations the Tyvian government wished him to look into.

Via a secret communication link the SS established for contacting Skrzetusky, the agent would be tasked with investigating the radical leadership members of the Communist Party, starting with those who have, by current estimates, highest chances of replacing Poterek in the event the Party gains hold of the Prime Minister seat. The main emphasis of the investigation should be their planned, or even vaguely considered, foreign policy, especially in relation to any of the nations of the Northern Realms.
