"I will have my Ministry of Foreign Affairs forward you the data as soon as they assemble it," Yuzura replied to O'Kell. "As non-promising as it may be at this particular moment, however, I can guarantee that with the recent education reforms that I have put in place, the figures in that data shall very soon be climbing in the positive direction. What's more, I believe that with the introduction of the electronics produced at said factories, we would be able to electrify schools to increase the efficiency of our education system, and thus produce even more educated workers."
Yuzura gave a little though before responding to the next offer. "Ashinara does have a shortage of luxury goods as well. I do believe that we can remedy that with a few Lusatian factories, as well as still have more than enough to ship to Lusatia."

Minister Bellarose, who had thusfar been rather quiet, was available to answer the Lusatian's question after a quick rifle through his papers for the proper information. "Around 15% of our population is high school educated as of last year's statistics," the Minister answered, "And Franerre would be more than amenable to such a proposal, of both Luxury Goods and Electronics."
