With a heavy hand Queen Yuzura signed the last signature, and placed the the last stamp, in a new batch of Royal Directives. Conscription was being activated once again. For the first time since the Tafatu War, the Ashinaran islands would be pushed into war economy again.

In accordance with the first conscription wave, males aged 18 through 30 with no dependents shall be called up. The goal of the first wave was to raise active manpower to 1 million - what sort of service they'll go into shall be sorted as they undergo training. Luckily the new conscription laws were passed a short while back, so it was estimated that about 20% of the recruits would've gone through basic training already, and would only need a quick refresher course.

Second part of the mobilization was kicking the economy into gear. As a start, 150 Consumer Goods factories would be retooled into Armaments Factories to produce ammunition, small arms and basic equipment, including uniforms, helmets, webbing, etc.
