(Requested by moderator.) Amali’s navy will be expanded:- 2 new battleship per season, up to 4 per season
- 1 new fleet aircraft carriers per season, upgraded to 2 / season
- 4 Light Carriers per season
- New designs are to be designed in part between the Amalian Naval Research Department, universities, and engineering firms to upgrade the capacity of ACs
- Enough screens and ships to support the carriers (12 Destroyers / 6 Light Cruisers / 4 Heavy Cruisers)
- A new designation of freight ships: Elefthería (Quick, easy, cheap to produce -- can hold a store of goods, Target: 600 / season)
- Corvettes and Frigates (100 / season, to be upgraded to 200) [To support entrapment of Verraki assets with Kumosenkan, To support Elefthería transports at a rate of 1 / 100, to be upgraded to 1 / 50]
- Development of more shipyard capabilities for Light, Heavy, and Super Cruisers to support naval operations

As the carriers finish, more fighters and bombers shall be loaded in, with the ability to replace an entire fleet of airships at a moment’s notice, following the spread of: - 1: 50/50

Amali’s ground forces shall/shall be:- Expanded up to 4.5 million via Draft

- The armed forces shall look into lighter, yet more powerful, vehicles and better armaments

Under current notice:
All civilians are under rationing and encouraged to carpool over long distances, or utilize public transit systems.
All civilians in the western part of the nation near Verrak’s invasion are advised to prepare for potential evacuation.
Western parts of the country are under a strict curfew and blackout notice, beginning at 18:00 and ending at 07:30.
All military aged men (18 - 30) not in a research or critical industry position are advised to sign up with local recruiters.

PRODUCTION
Industrial expansions are to be maintained, developing Amali's industrial base to fund chunks of the war on its own. From above, all military expansions are to be maintained into the next season with the exception of infantry: - Light Motorized: 40,000 Light -> 60,000
- Standard Motorized: 80,000 Standard -> 100,000
- Heavy Motorized: 20,000 -> 40,000
Add production of as many Elefthería a season (target reduced to 200 a season, more if capable).
20 transport and landing ships per season.
50 Patrol Boats per season.
10 Submarines per season, to be upgraded to 20 per season.
2 large submarines per season, to be upgraded to 4 per season.
Development of four Large Airbases in Kumosenkan, along with a security detail of 1,000 Standard Infantry per base. Bases will be equipped with four weather balloons each and redundant, modern AA weaponry.
Excess munitions, food, equipment, and medicine are to be delivered with decreasing priority: Koi, Pomaz, Selucidenia, Lusatia, and Gaelia. Shipments to Lusatia, Gaelia, and Selucidenia are to go north, through northern Arema to avoid the Galran naval forces in central Arema.
A planned decommissioning of Amali's airship fleets, preferring planes and ships to act in their stead. A portion will remain as a means of long-distance air travel across the continent, post-war, but will be re-armed and stripped accordingly.
RESEARCH Owing to discussions with Kumosenkan, the Air Force and aviation industries are tasked with developing three new models: - a long range heavy bomber (based on medium bombers) capable of hitting Verak from Amalian airbases in Kumosenkan with a larger payload,
- long range fighters to escort and defend the bombers, AND
- Shorter range bombers, based on light bombers, with more accuracy and improved carry capacity to target strategic positions in combat.
Improvements to the air frames communication technology for longer distance communication with airbases given their potential distances between Kumosenkan and Verak.
Improvements to recon airplane's flight ceiling and to the image capturing technology for better resolution images.
Improvements to bomber's sighting and delivery methods, making it less likely to get stuck or falling off track (within reason). Improved bomb aerodynamics to dropped bombs to improve accuracy.
Improvements to fighter armaments, sightings, and communications technology.
Improvement to CV-based fighters and bombers, specifically to counteract battleships and other CVs.
Improvements to CV storage and deployment of air craft, to increase the amount the ship can carry with minimal losses to launch.
The army will research armored cars with a similar speed to the motorized counterparts but improved armaments and armor to protect troops and move just as quickly. The army will research better armored vehicles, frames, and engines for fighting quick battles in open areas.
Electronics research will continue with: - Development of simple disjointed binary processors (addition, subtraction, multiplication, loading, storing) - 4 bit processors
- D-Latches, Clocks, and other toy memory processes for pure electronic computers
- Improvements to disk access for electro-mechanical computers
- Development of magnetic memory for electro-mechanical computers, and a study on their speed/effectiveness versus record-disks.
- Improvements to processor units in electro-mechanical computers
- Improvements to sizes of electro-mechanical components to shrink them down
Advances in cryptology (encryption, decryption), espionage, and social engineering/psychology. - Still developing cypher breaks for Kumosenkan and Galra.
- New addition of Grinvel cyphers, as Verak's are complete.
- Developing a new, strong encryption method for communication in Amali's forces, using new electro-mechanical computers.
Project SONAR and RADAR to be developed, SONAR to detect Veraki subs and RADAR to detect Verak's air power. Whatever the current limit Verak reports, double that - and if there are no reports, take Amali's best capabilities and double that.
Continued tank developments to improve light and heavy, and iterate on medium tank designs. A team in the Amalian Army and tank industry will develop a light tank capable of combat in the desert with minimal issues. Success will see a medium tank developed as well, but a focus on light tanks to support the teams in Nevarra and Amali's north. Fire support, load support, new round types, better armaments/armoring, etc. are to all be considered and tested. Integration of CoN technology, and iterations to improve them in Amali's use-cases.
Development of new "anti-tank" weapons for countering combating specific types of armor, targeting Verak's heavy and light tank models.
New medicines and devices for field medics to staunch bleeding and prep a wounded soldier for evacuation. A study on the human body and its components, such as blood, organs, etc. to find out how to best keep soldiers alive post-wounding. Development of a cheaper anesthesia that does not require the patient to be entirely knocked out for smaller incisions and fixes. The government is also authorizing the development of new vaccines and inoculations based on diseases found and observed in Touli and Arema.
Airbases/Planes in Kumosenkan - The bases closer to the CMS will be stocked with Light Fighters and Medium Bombers (to be replaced with lighter variants of newer bombers), while the ones further south-east will be stocked with heavy fighters and light/medium bombers (into the eventual culmination of heavier bombers, with a strong bias towards harder hitting bombers). More bases may be constructed per discussions with Kumosenkan.
Improvements of gas mask technology to filter the air, rather than provide an alternative. Filters should last for an approximate 7 minutes, enough for gas to pass during a windy day or for troops to evacuate an area. Meant to improve on a soldier's carry capacity and prevent tiring.
Project PULIDI is to continue its advanced research.
