Atia, is a Eoni revolutionary, politician, and political theorist. She is current serving as Consul de Guerre of the Union of Communist Velts. She was born on the estate of a former noble as a slave. Upon coming of age she was assaulted by her owner, which caused her twin, Atio, to start a revolt. Along with her twin she led the Eoni forces and formed the Ain Club with the Socialists and Communists. She was vital to the war effort, rallying the Eoni and leading from the front of the war effort.
After the war was won she resigned from her position in the Ain Club, wanting to live peacefully. After the interim government failed to keep the peace she along with her twin were called upon to head the government of the Union of Communist Velts, and to form a state that would last. Under her guidance the Union has received international recognition and has reconquered the breakaway Velts.
