“Certainly, the war with galra has left the world scrambling to fill the power vacuum. The global recession is ending and before long new alliances will rise to challenge our respective region of reseria. It’s with this, that we would like to entertain the normalization of relations between the three of us once more and build toward a formal alliance once more. While I know the URRV is different to Eonia, it would still benefit us all to cooperate instead of becoming rivals.”

"You are asking a lot from us," the Commissar said scratching her chin. "After all neither of your governments recognized our state before I arrived here and one of you is waiting for a certain time to do so. Granted I would also prefer us not to be at odds with each other, but allies right now might be pushing it." She'd glance at the Lusatian to see if he agreed with her assessment.

A little frustrated that he was beaten to the punch by the URRV Commissar, Tomasz sighed and nodded.
"I'm afraid I must concur. While my government would be willing to agree to a thawing of relations at this time, it would take more than a few minutes of talking to repair the divide caused by our recent conflict, and reform our alliance."

“Fair enough, then at the least we can use this meeting to normalize communication to prevent issues and build upon.”

"That sounds reasonable," the Commissar said nodding. "I say we can get into a potential alliance once Lusatia has held their election and all three of us have mutual embassies in our capitals. Now is there any other topics to discuss today? If not may I recommend we talk again later."

The Lusatian diplomat nodded, "We ought to have the official details of our agreement drafted up into a treaty for the URRV delegation to sign tomorrow, at our embassy."
