A letter would arrive to Seth at his Embassy in Kyoto


Honored Bruler-san,

According with the latest reform on education passed by Tenno Yuzuru, all Ashigawans shall be required to learn Franch language in an effort to bring our nations even closer together. For that reason, we at the Emergency Council have devised a program that will both help us learn Franch and introduce cooperation between our citizens.

Under the Native Speaker Teacher Program, as we called it, we wish to invite Franch Language teachers from Franerre to teach children in Ashigawa as a foreign language. They would receive all the compensation and benefits of full time teachers in Ashigawa, as well, while it has not yet been fully decided yet and is still up for discussion - would potentially be eligible to receive Ashigawan citizenship should they wish to stay in the country.

In addition, we believe it would be highly beneficial for both our nations for this to be a two-lane road, with Ashigawan teachers coming to Frannere to teach the Ashigawan language.

Ambassador Takanashi,

Franerre is honored to receive such a request from Ashigawa. After informing my superiors in Pareau, they have agreed to the deal, and would extend the same offer of Franch citizenship as you have offered our citizens. And though making Ashigawan classes mandatory is still being debated, at the very least promotions of the Ashigawan language will take place in both centers of higher education and in mandatory schooling.
