Welcome to the Hague, I hope you enjoy your stay.
While here in the Hague we enjoy chaos, we have a few rules on how chaos should be enjoyed.
- You start with up to 15 core provinces, these are provinces that have been with you since even before the eternal war.
- You start with up to 30 occupied provinces, these are provinces that you have occupied in the course of the war.
- Every player nation must touch at least one other player
- For every real-life week, the war advances one week as well.
- Your people hate everyone else, if you are in an alliance for more than one month, they will turn on you. Backstabbing is not only encouraged, it is required.
- You will begin with 200 points for your war-hungry military.
- Every week you will get 10 points to add to your ever-expanding military.
- Whenever you commit to a battle full points must be committed. This means that instead of committing only 1,000 infantry or 5 landships you have to commit the full point value of 10,000 or 10 respectively.
- All battles will be determined by dice rolls:
- A coin will be flipped for the winner.
- A d10 will be rolled for territory gained/lost.
- A random number generator from 0 up to your dedicated troops to the battle for casualties.
- Inactivity will result in an auto-loss of the battle.
- When a chemical or nuclear weapon is used on a province there is a negative affect applied to the province in question
- Lethal Gas will apply for one week.
- Nuclear Fallout will apply for three weeks.
- Attacking multiple times does not compound the effects. If a nuke was dropped and two weeks later another is dropped in the same province, it will only reset the timer to being 3 weeks.
- You can check out any time you like. But you can never leave.
