"Good! Excellent to hear everything has gone well then. Welcome to Roskana." She'd say, gesturing to Wendy with her hand and stepping to the side to allow for her to get a handshake with them.

She'd extend her hand with a smile, "A pleasure to meet you in the flesh, Mr. Jackson."

Andrei would smile and shake her hand in return. "And it's a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Kerss. I hope I wasn't interrupting anything with my late arrival? Maybe after this I can buy everyone a round of drinks to make up for my unfashionable lateness!"

She would chuckle for a moment, "Oh not at all, just some friendly chatting. Bully! That sounds like it'd be quite fun!" She'd look at Amelia, "Though, we should get underway shouldn't we?"

"She should, yeah." She'd gesture with her head towards the stairs, and then begin to ascend them herself, making her way up to the large gate doors to West Barricade Academy, one of the most pretigious military schools in Roskana. She would let the guards open them and then wait for the others, before she led them through, raising her hands to gesture to the paintings and banners that hung on the walls and from the ceiling. "Welcome to West Barricade. It'll be where we hold the treaty negotiations and as well, it'll be hopefully the site of where we sign the most influential document in our national histories." She'd say. "It's home to a lot of history, military and civil, political and economic. But as well, it's probably the largest military base in this part of Roskana."
She would continue along, leading them down the long halls until they reached a set of stairs, and ascended up into a meeting room. Various guards, and some members of the Roskanan government, lower level scribes it would seem, would be waiting for them. One takes Amelia's coat, another would offer to take Wendy's, and as well one would offer to take Andrei's. Should they hand them over or not, they would be ushered inside of a large circular room with a table, with only three seats for them. The room had flags for each nation resting on flagpoles behind the various seats, with the Roskanan flag just subtly larger and raised higher in its stand behind the seat.
Amelia would make her way into the room, and step over to the seats, pulling out Wendy's and gesturing for her to sit before she would settle into her own seat, and relax a little. Water was already provided, resting in a pitcher on the table, and as well a small basket of fruit. "All of this is fresh - help yourselves to it if you need it." She'd say, as she took a small stack of papers from a box laying atop the Roskanan third of the table, and would distribute them to the others.
"These documents have all the details for the proposal, but I'll give you a pitch first since i've been.. well, to be honest, I've been wanting to try to sell it to you with my words first before a bureaucrats writing can." She'd clear her throat after.
