Avalia looked between Minister Kure and the Princess. She knew the Princess had the authority to make such offers, but still felt an awkward tension between the two. "That is a deal I am willing to make, Madam princess. What is the other project?"

"Project Goliath." The words caused Kure to flinch and glare at the Princess. "Essentially, my mother wants to build a super battleship."

"I would be honored to have my people on such a project." Avalia answered, but still took note of the ministers' unease. "And I am happy to sign any documents to swear my people to secracy in regards to your technologies, and projects you want us to work on."

"Very well." Minister Ninomae answered. "This all sounds agreeable to me. I will have the documents drawn up. They should be ready in an hour."
With a sigh, Minister Okabe stood. "I will go retrieve your spy and release her to your custody."
Minister Kure looked away from the princess and smiled. "I look forward to working with your people, President Avalia. I hope something good will come of it."
"Fantastic. My mother will be thrilled to hear about our new agreements."
