Given the urgency of the message, Anton McCaig would personally see to the Roskanan request. He sent a response on a meeting being held in the Ulster-Gaelic capital of Baile Glas within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building.

The Roskanans gave a response to the UKUG relatively quickly and immediately had an ambassador on the way via aircraft. Multiple in fact, of which one was the cult of mars, one was from Roskana's military and Department of War, and the others were apart of the government itself. It'd only be a couple of days, but they'd soon arrive in Baile Glas, landing at the airport.

The ministry of foreign affairs had prepared for the hastily made meeting, minister McCaig would see to it personally as non of his regular diplomats were available. Once the Roskana group reached the building he would greet them warmly, “welcome to Baile Glas, I hope your trip was a pleasant one.”

"It was alright for air travel, if we can get right to the meeting I'd appreciate it." He'd say as he held out his hand, trying to hide that he wanted to get the meeting underway and fast. The navy and air force representative behind him would similarly seem to be in a rather eager mood to get the ball rolling.

McCaig tried to look over the eager attitude and ushered them inside and to a conference room. “Anything we can get you? Coffee? Tea?”

"Water would be nice." The ambassador says, the other two asking for coffee. He'd sit down and relax into his seat.

Minister McCaig sat down with some Nevarran coffee and Gaelic cream and foam taking a sip and then saying, "How can I help the Republic today?"

"To cut to the chase, we have two particular needs. First, in order to counter Grinvel and its sovereign union assistance, we need to buy aircraft - from the UKUG. We are interested particularly, in the Star Wolf." He'd say. "And we need to buy at least a squadron."
"Second off, we need to purchase more munitions. .30-06, and a lot of it. We'll also buy old machine guns too, and artillery. We have a need for more crew-served weaponry."

McCaig was slightly stunned at the purchase order, "the Star Wolf is still being mass produced for our fleets, we could draw an order to McCarron Arms but it won't be cheap for such cutting technology. As for the munitions I should direct you to either Lusatia or Marrlan, they supply us with all of our .30-06 ammo and small arms currently. For machine guns we can prep some maxim guns we don't use anymore along with some Vickers i'm sure the Royal Army could be swayed to give up for coin. Artillery is a bit where we purse pinch. The recent events of the SU have us aware of our own defensive needs."

"And that is why I am here. The Sovereign Union's mere existence means that the next time my people and Grinvel go to war Galra will be supporting them. And being realistic, I don't think there's a whole lot I can expect in terms of support from any state outside of the CNRC." He'd cross his legs again. "The machine guns, we need. If we can get even older artillery then that'll likely be enough to make the first line of defenses we have hold long enough to mobilize forces to fill in the 2nd and the third to capacity." He'd tell them.
"Roskana will pay whatever we have to pay to get the Star Wolf, but our air force needs a critical edge against the Grinvelian one and the T-30 isn't a air superiority fighter - it's a CAS craft." He'd tell them. "What we can get we'll take."

McCaig rubbed his forehead in anxiety "I'll get with McCarron, i'm sorry to say it'll cost alot since we need them for our own airforces. The artillery guns I might have access to once that buisness in Xagreau is settled and I can inquire Ferris Combine on building more. The maxim machine guns I can empty our stock, the Royal Army has been wanting to replace them all with Vicker guns. We have 40,000 tons of Maxim guns, the last of our stock, we can sell them discounted for 300 pounds each. Along with 20,000 tons of 30 caliber ammo for 500,000 pounds."

"If we can get a license to build it then we'll take that instead." He'd say. "And buy any parts we can assemble in Roskana from the UKUG instead." "The maxims work, we'll take them. The ammunition too."

“The license is 600 million pounds and comes with a 15 year exclusivity agreement in parts.”

"Mm.." He'd sit there for a moment, his expression locked forwards like he was staring through them for a few seconds, but after a second he would refocus.
"I believe we can come to an agreement on the weapons. I may need to speak with my government to reevaluate a purchase of the license and parts." He'd say. "Is there a telegraph I can use?"
