With the first shells being reported hits by the lookouts, Torres rose an eye at the UST signaling for parlay. He knew the situation was probably not going the best for the Union, but this quick of a call for peace wasn't expected. Still, there was work to be done.
Ordering his men to signal back a confirmation and request to dock in port to the Union, the Valderans would ceasefire while maintaining course full steam towards the port. They'd signal for the Kithium to follow suit, with a request shouted between ships for their own marines to follow the Mil'Nor to into Novosco. The marines on board the Valderan vessels were ordered to prepare for docking, the numbers on each ship far beyond what their Kumo construction had been built for.

The Kithium were almost outraged at how fast Noscovo had effectively surrendered to them with this parlay for peace, and wanted in no uncertain terms to burn through the city's defenses and then burn the city itself to the fucking ground! They'd felt robbed. But pulled back into line relatively quick by their leadership, and restrained by their positions aboard a number of warships, the Kithium gave in and would acknowledge the requests given by the Valderans for support, stating their forces would follow the Valderan forces into the city and support them. Their warships began to move towards the port in numbers as well, with their destroyers and battleships being the first to come towards the city proper while the transports followed behind to dock under the cover of naval artillery.

With the bombardment ceased, Captain Pisula had the Franerri fleet steam into the docks of Noscovo. All of the actual armies would still be in the East, but there were still enough rifles in the fleet to scrounge up enough men for an armed party of 100 men to disembark from the fleet. Franerre would have their seat at this table.
