"Sorvy, wait for meeeeee!"
The young Mil'Nor flinched as he heard the voice, groaning to himself as he turned away from the vessel he was about to board. He was to be sent to Dira for talks about civilian protections and opening proper diplomatic channels between the two nations, along with travel to Neverra and eventually meeting with old friends lost in the Old World. The only problem for the newly appointed diplomat was the woman currently running towards him with several servants carrying luggage in tow. Her name? Kira Fulgrun, daughter to High Marshal Dravos Fulgrun. The woman practically tackled the man in a hug, a clear smile on her face as she started up as per usual around the young man. "You weren't just gonna ditch me here with Dad and the Hag, right? Everyone's gotten so serious since...well, you know." Sorva sighed, trying to gently pry the girl off of him as the servants finally caught up to the pair. The leader of the four narrowed her eyes at the scene before her, her eyes meeting Sorva's own as the Mil'Nor felt his gut drop. "I wouldn't do such a thing, but the Deacon had ordered that I go alone. You know I can't just disobey an order like that"
Having stepped back from Sorva, Kira folded her arms as she looked up at the taller male
"No, but it doesn't count if I'm going on my own little trip to the same places. Dad doesn't check up on me any more, too busy with "meetings" and "work". Besides, I'm tired of the cold and snow. I want to see the homelands" The leader of the servants spoke up at this point "Master Avros, if nothing else the Lady of the Clan is permitted her own expenditure's and luxury. Standing as both heiress and lady in waiting, it is your duty to see to her requests. The older woman carried a heavily dismissive tone, one unmatched in any capacity by the looks given by the other servants.
"Fine, but you have to keep yourself wraps and try not to cause a scene. Once we get off the boat, you do what I say, all of you." He gave an exasperated glare to all of them, only the Head Nurse matching it back before the Mil'Nor continued. "Now if we can get moving? The boat is supposed to be leaving soon" The servants gave a nod save for the HN, with Kira leaping forth to hug Sorva once more. He'd walk onboard the vessel as best he could while the girl went on about random things she'd read during her studies about the old world. While he dreaded Kathrine's response to this when he returned, he knew that at the very least, it was possible he'd never have to care about it if things went well.
Once the vessel was boarded and fully prepared, the steamship would leave the city of New Raltera. Heading out to a Diran city on the Western Coast to unload both cargo and passengers.
