After following a chain of offices, the message was given to the Royal Army and GWR, Great Western Railway had the contract on military rail transportation development and per the Ministry of Defense was given approval to send information on the BAL-2 (Battle Armored Locomotive 2). The BAL-2 is made with an armored boiler and made to withstand direct enemy fire in moving forward transports and armored attack trains.

The price for the locomotive came to around 50,000 pounds each. Cutting it to 650,000 pounds for the complete order per Marrlan's stance as a trade partner to UKUG.

The sounds of rivets and blow torches filled the inner sanctum of warehouse 18 in Cathair Olga as GWR began processing and constructing the ordered locomotives, the hot work amid the warm summer day meant workers took frequent breaks with some foremans demanding to see their men drink water in front of them. "I better not catch a man nor woman in this hot box drinking anything but water!", one yelled. Once finished the locomotives would be tested in a small yard, making sure GWR quality was upheld and that it could perform the tasks assigned with ease. Then once first 7 were finished they would be loaded onto a train, taken to the port and shipped directly to the Republic of Marrlan.
