All ships attempting to enter Franerre will be stopped and searched by Kumosenkan vessels. Refusing to stop for Kumosenkan vessels will result in being sunk. Refusing to allow a search will result in being seized. If a vessel is caught attempting to ship weapons to Franerre, they will be asked to turn around and go home. Refusal to do so will result in being seized. A ship being caught again after being turned around will be seized. In all situations, Kumosenkan vessels will attempt to prevent as much loss of life as possible. Sailors will be allowed on board Kumosenkan vessels and sent to Elenria, where they will be sent back home.
