It was time to begin doing something by themselves. While the Army was busy trying to license foreign weapons, the Air Department of the Army put in a request to construct a factory to produce aircraft. After several days of beurocratic hurdle, they Air Wing got their permission, under the condition that the construction of the new factory shall only be prioritized after the initial recovery from the tsunami of Eyrie is complete. The factory, and subsequentially the aircraft it would produce once production starts, would be named after the head designer appointed to head the new aircraft branch of the Army R&D - Antin Sikorsky. Sikorski himself, meanwhile, was given one of the aircrafts purchased from UKUG, along with several pilots and engineers who flew and maintained the aircraft, with the instruction to design a brand new original aircraft based on the Gaelian one. He was strictly warned, however, against simply reverse-engineering it, as no licenses were purchased from UKUG.

With both the factory and the new domestic design complete, the aircraft would immediately be put into production. 5 Airwings would be created within the Royal Army, with 20 aircraft being designated to each - meaning the factory had to produce 100 aircraft to equip the new airwings, and then keep producing them to replace future losses.
