International Staol Trade Treaty Mynti 15, 1834
A Treaty on the Uninterrupted Movement of Staol across International Borders.
INTRODUCTION
The International Staol Trade Treaty, hereby referred to as ISTT or Treaty, is drafted to cover the end of hostilities, the free trade and movement of staol across signatories of this treaty.
As per the date of this treaty, all hostilities between the Republic of Koi and the Unfueled Coalition will hereby cease. The signatories involved are:
Frederick Nicholson, Lead Ambassador of the Imperial State of Galra;
Homayoun Rahnemanov, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Shahdom of Seleucidenia;
Kambinsyy Teymoori, Ambassador of the Shahdom of Seleucidenia;
The Honorable Stanislaus Dobryniski, Count of Czarnylas, Commander of the Order of Peace and Truth, and Respected Fellow of the King's Guard, of the United Kingdoms of Lusatia and Jzegrad;
Duke Jens Baumeister, Commander in Arms, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Grinvel;
His Voltan Arbedal Barraban, Tsar of the Greater Tsardom of Roskana;
William Joseph Graham II, Taoiseach of the United Kingdom of Ulster-Gaelia;
Odalis Velez, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Nevarra;
Ichtakton, Diplomat for the Republic of Maiz;
Anjelo Buratti, President of the Federal Republic of Amali;
Aliki Petriadi, Secretary of Diplomacy and State for the Federal Republic of Amali;
Georgius Frugius VII, Emperor of the Empire of Verak;
Bruttia Frugius II, Princess of the Empire of Verak;
Duke-Councilor Truculentus Liberalis of the Western Riverlands of the Empire of Verak;
Rukine Untaku, Diplomat for Kumosenkan;
and
Xenon Valdovich Volgus, Dictator of the Republic of Koi;
Ines Paasuke By’lia-nok, Director of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Koi.
Such of the above signatories as have assisted at the close of the negotiations, after having produced their full powers, found in good and due form, have agreed to place in the said general Instrument, the following Articles, and to affix to them their signatures:

ARTICLE I
The established territories of all states involved within this conflict shall maintain their borders as to prior to the outbreak of hostilities as per the established treaties of the Treaty of Põhiliin of 1722, the Treaty of Escaraz of 1787, and the Treaty of Termingrad of 1807 minus the City-State of Gliesograd of the Republic of Koi within Southern Nardras. All occupied territories by any signatories will be returned to their prior owners.
The City of Gliesograd shall be released from the control of the Republic of Koi, and be granted as an independent city-state among the Confederation of Mestrian States. Their independence is to be guaranteed for one hundred (100) years, at which point their continued independence or integration into a larger neighboring state or child nation of the Confederation can be renegotiated.

ARTICLE II
Per this Treaty, the Republic of Koi is hereby obligated to follow the succeeding sections herein:
SECTION A
The Republic of Koi shall be disarmed to a standing military of 50,000 100,000 [1857 addendum] 200,000 [addendum 1876] personnel or less. This includes all military personnel from foot infantry to officers across all branches.
SECTION B
The Republic of Koi shall refrain from entering into political agreements with any other nation. This includes, but is not limited to, mutual defense pacts, non-aggression pacts, or alliances. This Treaty shall operate as an agreement between all Signatories as a non-aggression pact with the Republic of Koi and as a mutual defense pact of all Signatories towards the Republic of Koi. Further information on the mutual defense pact is located in Article III Section A.
SECTION C
Subsection i The Republic of Koi guarantees to the signatories of this Treaty that it will, to the best of its ability, grant unfettered supplies of staol with just payment. This staol, by agreement of the signatories, will not be halted in its transit from the Republic of Koi to the paying signatory state. This staol will be expected to be delivered under most circumstances, though will not be obligated to travel through warzones or areas where the safety of the transports is in question.
Subsection ii The Republic of Koi will not be able to engage in trade treaties relating to Staol outside of this Treaty. All nations and entities wishing to engage in the staol trade with Koi must abide by this sole Treaty. The Republic of Koi, however, may engage in trade treaties of other natures without consulting this Treaty.
SECTION D
The council is to be continued from the member states assigned by the Treaty of Escaraz of 1787. The council will be convened, with the presence of a representative of Koi, when needed to discuss changes to this Treaty, in the expansion of the Staol network, and, with the vote of Koi, additional signatories to the Treaty.

ARTICLE III
Per this Treaty, the Republic of Koi is hereby offered the obligations of signatories of the following sections herein:
SECTION A
Signatories agreeing to this Treaty understand that they hereby within pledge their utmost ability to protect and defend the Republic of Koi from threats to their security and sovereignty. With the demilitarization of Koi, nations signing this Treaty hereby state they will not invade, prod, or otherwise into the sovereign territory of the Republic of Koi, and understand that should they violate this Treaty that they will be subjected to the combined force of all Signatories of this Treaty. Violation of this defense and non-invasion clause will allow the Republic of Koi to cease all staol trade with the violating nation at their immediate discretion.
SECTION B
Signatories of this Treaty understand that by signing this Treaty that they may not interfere with Koian Transports. Transports may be halted at border crossings for routine checks and security, though goods listed on the manifest may not be removed from the transport under any circumstances. Equally, crew members of the transport may not be arrested and removed from the transport without just cause and alerting the Republic of Koi with the reason prior to arrest and removal. If just cause is not provided, the Republic of Koi holds the right to refuse allowing the arrest and the case may be brought before the Council for further deliberations.
SECTION C
In order to facilitate, in a timely manner, the restoration of the transportation of staol from Koian mines to the signatories of this Treaty, all signatories from the Unfueled Coalition agree to pay the Republic of Koi here unto in an amount equal to at least two million Jewels of the Koian currency per signatory.
Additional signatories will pay an equal amount of Jewels adjusted for inflation and value in their current year at the time of signing.

ARTICLE IV
The present Treaty shall be ratified, and the ratifications exchanged in three months.
A copy of this General Treaty shall be deposited, in the Archives of the Court and State of his Imperial and Royal Apostolic Majesty, at Theris, and in the Archives of the State of the Republic, in Põhiliin, in case any of the Courts of Gran-Nardreseria shall think proper to consult the original text of this instrument.
In faith of which the respective signatories have signed this Act, and have affixed thereunto the seals of their arms.
Done at Põhiliin the 15th of Mynti, in the year of our Rise 1834.

ARTICLE V
The present Treaty may be ratified by further signatories pledging their oath to uphold and abide by the Treaty after the signing date. New signatories may be added with the approval of the Council of Article II, Section D. These new signatories, upon good faith and and by the credit of the seals of their arms hereby declare their values to strive for a peaceful future:
