Rovuellian Recognition of Eoni Sovereignty

The Rovuellian Agency of Foreign Affairs, under direction of the Federal Government of Rovuellia and the Rodina, hereby releases this statement, recognizing the sovereignty of the nation of Eoni.
However, further is attached and will now be stated. 

Though recognizing that Eonivelt is a sovereign nation, the nation of Rovuellia will not and does not seek to open diplomatic ties to the nation of Eonivelt.


Rovuellia generally as well recognizes the government-in-exiles claim to the land, but does not support said government in exile, though it does not lend support to the nation of Eonivelt.

Rovuellia as well seeks no diplomatic ties to the government-in-exile.

The Federal Government of Rovuellia and the Rodina states officially that it as well views the nation of Eonivelt to be a bastion of The Poison Ideology - as such they are black listed and Rovuellian agencies are forbidden from interacting with Eonivelt in any capacity, and as well there will be no trade.
 
Uninvited Personnel, government and not, from Eonivelt or prior Luclistan will NOT be accepted and will be turned back or interned at the discretion of the Rovuellian Armed Forces, and as well if need be, they will be shot. 

While potential for normalized relations exists, such is not in the scope of current Rovuellian diplomatic endeavors and flies in the face of the current ideological stance held by Rovuellia, it's peoples, and the Federal government of Rovuellia and the Rodina.

Following council deliberation, the following is being amended in some measure to allow for contact, as it has been recognized that - sharing some railway connections and generally not aiming to create enemies though likely potentially making them by being so.. rash, governmental interactions between the Eonivelt government and Luclistan government will be accepted, ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STATE OF CONVER LIMIS, at this time. The Rovuellian Embassy in the regional capital city will be where the interactions are going to be hosted should they occur, and identification will be required and prior-warning given as well.
