A Mystery, alongside a Border Report

This is a border status report, from Outrider Koto Satsuki. Aside from the vegetation suddenly starting to grow at faster rates, the borders are clear. The coast line is good as always, the Sintdo seem to report the same from the west side of the landscape. The desert seems as hot and as scorching as ever haha, glad I'm not there...eh-hem. Anyways, the only note able things that there had been more footprints per usual, and many merchants complained about their goods being misplaced across the ride, albeit it's strange but none of the good were damaged. What is the point of moving something about 5-10 feet away in one night? I am investigating this further as Her Majesty requested of us. So far as we know, whatever it is only interacts with travellers or merchants after the moon is obscured with clouds and visibility is poor. I'd guess it was a thief but no goods have been stolen, only messed with a little and mover around. I better get back to patrolling and hand this report in.
