Siege of Eleria

Gulliver had consolidated his position on Elerian Touli, with SU supplies and advisors pouring in the time to seize the country had come. The Galran fleet moved to blockade Elerian ports on the island while lettered demands of the Imperator to stand down and accept Gulliver's control of the country were sent to the palace.

Gulliver also began training his troops with SU weapons and now had a fully functional light tank brigade under his command. To a small degree he understood storming the island would be less than ideal, 200,000 loyalist had rallied to their Imperator to defend the homeland against what they labeled as a poorly raised revolution to install a SU aligned puppet. 
The rebels leaned on that they were fighting to end years of isolationism and pursue true human domination of the Toulian continent under the Elerian banner. For now the Elerian island's main ports were blocked off by Galran warships, the Elerian navy had long fled to the Western islands who remained loyal but against a Galran naval detachment they were nothing.

Elerian Loyalist forces had spent the last several weeks digging in, their best artillery guns and machine guns being emplaced on chokepoints near the Eastern coast. Elerian pilots having taken advantage of the over eager Galrans by training in the Lancer fighters they sent, they had but a small force of 20 fighter planes but they would largely be important in the battle that was come.

The Imperator sent his fleet out to message UKUG, Lusatia, Seleucidinia, Amali and a few others for aid. His new head of command Jeremiah Brown was determined to beat back the traitors and SU.

Gulliver was prepared to send over 25,000 troops in the initial strike following his wave of Grinvel provided Gotha bombers softening up enemy defenses. The Galran navy would not support him, instead blockading the channel and coast of Eleria Touli to keep the flow of SU weapons and materials into Touli to reach their new assets in Eleria and Shiysil.
A steady flow of cargo ships from Grinvel and Galra carrying weapons, tanks, aircraft would arrive while leaving with metric tons of raw materials being stripped mined off the surface of the territory.
