Tyvia has long been building up relations with Ida Koi, and Ida Koi, in turn, was getting closer and closer to Amali. Even now, as the Chunnel nears completion, a new link is created. The Empire has decided, however, that now it was time to turn this line into a circle, possibly even creating a faction to stand together against the world, if need be, and open up official relations with the strong Southern neighbor, Amali.
Tonia Rostovkaja would be sent to Amali as an ambassador, representing the Tyvian Empire and the Imperial Council.
