In it detailed an extensive plan to not only fully electrify Kumosenkan's factories, but all of her homes as well. It involved forming a cohesive and expensive committee to canvass, inform, and electrify. A hiring would immediately begin of thousands. From high level bureaucrats, all the way down to janitors. Mostly construction workers to build new power plants, wire houses and factories, and construct five hundred new electronics factories under the Ael-Electronics banner. With the young Empress giving her approval the effort began immediately. Soon power would course the veins of every building in the nation.
