Following the meeting with Kumosenkan UKUG would bring forth the current agenda to all SATO members.
- UKUG has struck a deal with Kumosenkan garnering their support in the event of a war with the SU. This includes reopening diplomatic relations after 30 years and trade reopening between the United Kingdom of Ulster Gaelia and the Empire of Kumosenkan.
- this gives the bloc less pressure from Kumo and more ability to focus on the rapid spread of the sovereign union across ouhiri. Particularly in western touli.
- the bloc would need to give Kumo guarantees that it would not harm the empire.
- going forward defensive upgrades against the SU must be made a priority

Ashinara would offer intelligence on SU movements it had access to:
Shysil was getting ready for an invasion of Franerre and Tafatu. Being also bordered by Galra's direct colony in the East, this likely meant a two-font war for the two nations.
Loss of Franerre to SU occupation meant a loss of one of Ashinara's trade partners, even if they weren't part of SATO.
While the rise of the SU-backed faction in the Elerian civil war considered common knowledge at this point, this was brought up regardless. If Eleria and Shysil manage to take over the majority of South-Weatern Touli, they would likely be in position to easily knock out both Elenria and Zedonia, before moving to quickly finish the job by taking over Ashinara, Valdera and all the other smaller Toulian states.
In short, while Franerre was not part of the SATO alliance, the Ashinaran intelligence considered it's fall to set off a chain reaction that would allow the SU to conquer all of Touli.
With that information in mind, Ashinara was getting ready to send troops to be stationed in both Franerre and Tafatu. To be able to do that, however, they would require an immediate increase in the delivery of the weapons and munitions that were promised to Ashinara at her entry into SATO.

The UKUG council member of SATO took what the ashinarian report brought in seriously but asked again their position on Kumosenkan going forward.

Valdera would happily accept Kumo support and open relations, with the nations military offering several recommendations to see to the east's defense: -A new fighter design for the nation's budding airforce would require foreign production,
-Infantry would require better arms to handle anti-tank actions, as the Xagreau war had shown current weaknesses faced when engaging armored units.
-'The Pocket' as it was called, would need to be addressed should war break out. The lack of development in the region would leave it open to a Galran invasion, allowing them to flank both the UKUG and Kithium defenses.

The Marrlan and Roskanan representatives would both agree. Kumo in SATO's corner would be a great benefit, especially to the Roskanan industrial complex. Marrlan to a very special interest in the warning the Ashinarans provided.
-Arms would be readied to be sent with a list of procurement numbers currently in hand to be split between the Toulian members once it had arrived in a staging area in Cricon or Zedonia. -25,000 Small Arms, 60,000 Munitions, 40 Howitzers, and 15 Armored Cars. -Additional AT weaponry would be produced and assembled for shipment. -Marrish volunteers would be offered to assist in training current forces before any larger mainland task force could be assembled, referencing the current training attache still stationed in Tafatu as an example. -Further support for fortifying the Pocket would be offered in the form of Roskanan and Marrlan army engineers.

The Ashinaran side would begrudgingly accept Kumo being on the same side in the oncoming conflict. While they still had a level of mistrust towards the spiders, they were deemed a far less of a threat at this time than the SU.

Xaspeshi and Pomaz would agree to the notion brought forth.
SATO would no longer pursue hostile action with Kumosenkan but begin operations to undermine SU influence in Touli.
