The Franerri delegation would be lead by General Ranulf and consist of the 3rd Infantry Division. Veterans of the Tafatu War, they were the first and one of only a few units so far to undergo the modernizations of the post-Notch War army reforms. With the finest in new equipment from Lusatia and domestic Franerri designs, General Ranulf was eager to see how these reforms panned out in the field. Their plan was to stick as close to the Ashinaran delegation as could be reasonably managed. Better to stick around friends.

Diria's High Command would bicker for a period over the proposition. Having an invite and despite cordial relations with many SATO nations, the conservative elements within the Dirian Armed Forces seemed hesitant to travel to some foreign land. Nonetheless, the Chancellory seemed keen on testing Dirian strength as a military power and stronger bonds with nations that could combat Diria's adversaries. Furthermore, many elements of the Dirian Army seemed especially eager to try their tactics, learn from other nations, and test developing weaponry. Thus, a day later, the Dirian Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a response, a yes, and desire to participate, and that in total, the Dirian Armed Forces would send:
- 1st Infantry Division "Gardiyan" - 3rd Infantry Division "Pellegar" - The Azazel Brigade (Special Infantry) - Dirian Motorized Expedpeditionary Force - 1st M-Expedpeditionary Division "Hız" - (1st) 2nd & 3rd Motorized Battalions (Standard Motorized) - (3rd) 16th & 17th Motorized Battalions (Heavy Motorized) - 2nd Armored Squadron "Tartaruga Hız" (Armored Cars & Tankettes)

The Ashinarans would send 2 Infantry Divisions, broken up 50-50 between Standard and Heavy Infantry. Most of the Heavy Infantry would be from the pool of UST War veterans, equipped with the latest SATO-produced equipment, while the Standard Infantry would still have the older Ashinaran rifles. About 1,000 of the Heavy infantry would also be equipped with the brand new Type-34 helmets. Attached to the divisions were also the UKUG-made heavy and medium artillery, along with Ashinaran-made light artillery.
Besides the 2 Infantry Divisions, the following units would be sent:
-1st Marine Battalion (500 Special Infantry) -15th Engineer Battalion (500 Special Infantry + several experimental weapons, including the new Franerri-made AT cannons) -1st Royal Armored Brigade (20 Landships, 50 Tankettes) -1st Royal Air Brigade (5 recon planes, 10 ground attack planes) -4th Royal Cavalry Regiment (200 Dragoon Infantry, 600 Carabineer Infantry and 20 Tachankas) -2nd Special Mobile Brigade (4,000 Bicycle Infantry)

The Kingdom of Nevarra would would come with a light entry to the wargames, deciding to send only a handful of infantry divisions to act as representation but to also get them acclimated to an environment that is monumentally different from their home. Nevarra is mostly normalized the conditions of combatting in hot, dry, hilly, or mountainous terrain so several officers and commissioners are taking this as an opportunity to send several test groups in order to figure out how to better supply their units in colder, wet climates.
Additionally, the Kingdom is also bringing new arms to test out. A handful of new lever-actions and side-arms, but more importantly, a bolt-action that has circulated the offices of high command and is currently under debate for becoming the new standard service rifle for the Nevarran army. A surplus of these experimental rifles were brought, enough for the infantry divisions but also enough spare to circulate and be tested by other nations with the UKUG and Marrlan receiving priority for hosting the event and inviting their nation to the games.

Lusatia would receive the invitation with interest and ultimately decided to send three divisions to the wargame:
The 4th Marine Division, currently stationed in Nowa Lusatia. The 47th Infantry, a currently demobilized division that drew recruits from the southwest of the country. The 3rd "Lightning" Infantry Division, one of the best-trained divisions currently mobilized and stationed on the border with Galra. It would be rotated out and temporarily replaced with one of the formidable divisions guarding the southwest coastline.
In addition to these forces, Lusatia would send a portion of the 2nd Independent Artillery Group (ultimately about 50 pieces of field artillery, a pair of howitzers, and a mortar).
Finally, in addition to 15 fighters and 5 fighter-bombers, three prototype SAF-34As were sent.
All these forces were to be under the command of Lusatian Lt. General Petyr Smigly, but other high-ranking officials would attend to take note of the events.
