Odessa's Campaign
Collapsing Galran lines had been pushed to the breaking point, Gaelic forces were on the verge of breaching when Galran reinforcements finally arrived forcing Odessa's forces to halt their advance and adjust for the surge of new armored units. Odessa's armored assault was now ineffective with Galran heavy tanks, the new Lionel tank was a hulking beast that ate rounds into its thick armor, it had only one weakness, it was slow. Gaelic artillery would have to pinpoint strikes where the monsters were and open full salvo to try and kill them. But even then the mass of Galran light and medium armor with infantry support would still force the Gaels back Eastward. Increased Galran air support kept the Gaelic Colonial Airforce working overtime. Starwolves and older biplanes would be pushed to the absolute limitations of near constant runs.

With the large armored assault coming the UKUG employed mass aerial raids using CAS fighters and biplane bombers. As for infantry combat, the Gaelic colonial infantry were tired and had been fighting a ground war for nearly two years defending Zedonia. They faced against the Galran colonial army in large scale rifle firefights where machineguns and mortar strikes made the outcome. General Odessa had his forces withdraw in a C shaped formation toward Jamestown, breaches were to be kept short if possible in order to stall out the Galran counter assault. Breaking the counter offensive would be tough, but if he pulled it off it could change the entire Eastern Toulian War.
As Odessa began falling behind, Clay Allison's insurgency now faced renewed and fresh Galran troops threatening his forces. The Galrans had recovered from the raid on the supply depot and were shipping supplies from the main colony, increased patrols and heavier defenses made attacking the Galrans very difficult. But Allison needed to make a move against the occupation, his scouts searched and found one vulnerable target. His men had mining charges and planned to set them all along the roads entering Zedonia where Galra would have to cross, picking rural portions of the roadways going to the frontline. If he could, he would attempt to slow down the flow of Galran supplies to the front line.

Galran reinforcements complicated the Gaelic assault on Og, the Galrans had the numbers with armored reinforcements to slap the Gaelics back East, had it not been for Oliver. The armored train shredded Galran armor unfortunate enough to attack out in the open. The Galrans under heavy fire tore apart rail lines they laid down. Oliver was able to let Gaelic forces advance on the outer city limits before it rain out of rails. Galran heavy tanks made it nearly impossible for Gaelic armored assault and the UKUG would have to rely heavily on artillery and air power to press against Og.
Derada saw the momentum begin to swing back to Galra, failing to retake the city meant falling back East and exposing Odessa's Northern flank to the Galrans. If he could hold up the assault on Og it would buy time and possibly bleed the Galrans out enough to render further incursions to be too costly. But at this point the Gaelic Colonial army was at maximum deployment. They needed reinforcements, supplies and more armored units to survive the war.
