[Recruitment] Let the Ink Flow, and the Propaganda Grow!

The Marrish recruitment propaganda machine was hot already with concerns over another invasion. With those fears realized, it went into overdrive. Pamphlet after Pamphlet hit the streets. News Papers, Criers, Offices. Everywhere, there was an ad for the Army,  the Marines, the Navy. Even the Airforce got more love in the media. New recruitment 'offices' were opened in parks, town centers, and beaches. Failing that, factories were hiring like mad to meet production quotas. Artists of all walks were comissioned to make posters and songs. The war of hearts and minds had long since begun before the shooting war started, Marrlan intended to win it.

RECRUITMENT STATUS

With the spring recruitment drive finished, a new wave of patriots signed on for the service. 16,000 Artillery Crewmen (4,000 Crewmen for each of the 4 types.),  2,000 Tank Crewmen, 9,000 Standard Motorized Infantry, 10,000 Special Infantry, 30,000 Standard Infantry, and 60,000 Heavy infantry were the current training quotas. Marrlan had great apprehension behind instituting a draft and would suffer great lengths before one would be considered, they would remain a volunteer only force still. For now, they would rely on the fact they were being actively invaded to drive recruitment. Not for lack of numbers not only due to propaganda, but hopefully from the families of veterans who had served in the Independence War, The Border War, and more recently the Tafatu War of Independence. Families who hopefully understood the cost of what it took to keep freedom in the hands of the people lest it be ripped away by Grinvel's monarchist hands. Militias who had rallied across the country side were gathered in bases to be trained as well.

(Truth be told Idk if I can only train guys with my remaining manpower or if I can get more manpower somehow without changing conscription laws and train based off of that thereby gaining more manpower free in the process)

With Harbaville threatened and the heartland actively cleaved in two, the currently seated government made a difficult but sadly necessary decision. With a vote of 33 to 10, an emergency bill was drafted and passed allowing emergency conscription in the defense of the capital and to retake the homeland. Cultural pressures from memories of the Tsardom's levies were still at the edges of many people's minds from their grandparents, but modern circumstances required more drastic solutions.

Another recruitment quota and order would be given for BTASC (Basic Training and Specialization Command) for the training of 45,000 Special Infantry(15,000 Marines, 15,000 Beast Hunters, 10,000 Mountaineers.), 20,000 Standard Infantry, 25,000 Heavy Infantry, 10,000 Motorized Infantry, and 15,000 Sailors.

With design documents for the AUTV-32 resurfacing after years of neglect and wartime panic, 20,000 standard mechanized infantry and 15,000 standard motorized infantry were slated to be trained once their vehicles had been created.

With the war further intensifying and manpower being stable but projected to begin receiving issues, the Pionare with support from the Senate, approved another draft increase order. Any unemployed man or woman at or above the age of 17 was subject to employment under the Army, Navy, or Air Force or moved into factory work. Any veteran previously not within the service until the age of 65 was given the order to return to service. All able-bodied men or women currently employed in non-critical industries that were not factory work, mining, scientific pursuits, or otherwise were drafted into the previously mentioned professions or other industries that could support the Marrish war effort. Teenagers over the age of 15 would be pressed into jobs to assist their parents and communities either taking up service work where they had been moved to a critical industry or assuming non hazardous jobs in factories to free up adults for other work.

The cultural taboo was all but looked over now as the siege for Harbaville continued and the world around the coastal nation burned.

The Anchor and Sash would either stand amongst the ashes bloodied but alive or go down in a blaze of glory.

A constant training order per season of at minimum: 60,000 Light Infantry, 300,000 Heavy Infantry, 600,000 Standard Infantry, 30,000 Special Infantry, and 15,000 Beast Hunters. Training regimens would remain their standard 6 months for all soldiers to retain quality and competence.
