General Archibald had gathered several members of the military central command of the Galran Imperial Army at the central command center in Columbia, a roaring fire burned brightly in a hearth centered at the rear of the room as the various generals, admirals and officers met concerning the global war.
"Koians are fleeing East, I need more men, another 200,000 to 300,000 to get through the urban sprawl. The more they flee East the harder our supply chains are strained as well, we need more trains and trucks as well." Droned one officer, "I understand your needs general, but my men a preparing for a Seleucidinian assault any time now, we've taken the lowlands and the Shah is mounting his horde for a counter assault. I need tanks and planes to break the human wall that'll crash on me like waves on the shore."
"Don't forget the naval war, Voshoz forbid the spider filth and the Gaelics link up, I hear our navy is struggling to kill the non human scum in the Silk and then this quagmire of the UKUG defending their island effectively. We need to focus our industry on the naval front. We win this war keeping the ISTT signatories out of Koi while we force the Koians into surrender."
A loud scoff from across the table came from an older officer, "Surrender, ever fought a Koian? Bastards they are, they'll crack your fuckin' skull with those barbaric lever rifles and hide in the mountains before they surrender. Only reason the ISTT was enforced, was because they aren't united from the third Staol war. Bloody FCA made sure of that, and they're our pet. But even then, don't underestimate the boilermakers they're right cunts to fight."
Archibald grew annoyed, "Well, i'm hearing bickering and not reassurances to fix our growing problem dammit. We've the world in a war but if we can't take the Koian Republic we won't win this war."
A younger general moaned as he lowered his head into his hands as they rested on the table, "Careful of that blasphemy sir, the church could hang you for it." Archibald ignored him but shot a glance at him nonetheless, "We need to win battles, as long as the enemy holds they'll damn right edge closer to beating us. We have the advantage, so with that I'll send resources to the Seleucidinan front. The Shah is a fool and we can goad him into assaulting a force better entrenched."
He let the silence of the officers hold before moving on, "Your reinforcements into Koi are approved, I need you to take Termingrad soon." The Galran overlooking the Koian invasion made an odd face, "Why? Shouldn't the capital suffice?" Archibald shook his head, "There's enough harvested Staol in Termingrad to feed our enemies tenfold, I need it taken to starve the other fronts out. Once the enemy is no longer capable to fight we can force terms and end this war with a victory and will you PICK YOUR HEAD UP!" Archibald threw an ashtray striking the younger officer in the head, "OY what the fu-"
"If you're so tired how about you now overlook recruitment and internal security, go on then, you've been reassigned as of this moment to Charchester. Be fortunate I don't flog you for this. Get out." The young man stumbled to his feet and walked out of the room, "Get me another commander for the Southern theater, I want the Dirians broken too. Verak's struggle in their urban shithole is embarrassing. At least the Grinvelians are making progress."
