The Koian Ministry of State (MoS), commonly referred to as MiniState, is a federal executive ministry responsible for carrying out Koian foreign policy and international relations. Established in 1882 as the nation's first executive department, its duties include advising the dictator, administering the nation's diplomatic missions, and negotiating treaties and agreements with foreign entities.

The department is led by the Minister of State, a member of the Cabinet who is nominated by the Dictator and confirmed by the Cabinet. The Minister of State serves as the nation's chief diplomat and representative abroad, and is the first Cabinet official in the order of precedence and in the dictatorial line of succession.

The Fed

The Koian Federal Reserve (FR), commonly referred to as The Fed, is the national banking system of the Republic of Koi. Established in 1741 while the nation was still the United Kingdoms of the Kois and Korellas, it is one of two of the only surviving ministries from before the civil war. It oversees the monetary policies of the Republic of Koi, including but not limited to stabilizing prices, regulating banks, regulating currency, and moderating long-term interest rates.

The department is led by the Minister of the Reserve, a member of the Cabinet who is nominated by the Dictator and confirmed by the Cabinet. The Minister of the Reserve serves as the nation's chief banker and economist, and is the second Cabinet official in the order of precedence, however is not directly in the line of dictatorial line of succession. The Minister of the Reserve is the Chair of the Board of the Reserve, made up of the Minister, two seats appointed directly by the Minister, and four seats determined from internal evaluations of employees.

The Koian Ministry of Peace (MoP), commonly referred to as MiniPeace, is a federal executive ministry responsible for coordinating and supervising all departments and functions within the government directly related to national security and the Koian Armed Forces. Established in 1882 as the nation's second executive department, its duties include oversight of the nation's military, intelligence and counter-intelligence, and military research.

The department is led by the Minister of Defense, a member of the Cabinet who is nominated by the Dictator and confirmed by the Cabinet. The Minister of Defense serves as the nation's chief general and intelligence officer, and is the third Cabinet official in the order of precedence and second in the dictatorial line of succession.
