Recent invasion and reevaluation of the military budget have caused massive alarm all throughout military high command upon the realization that allocation of factories and funds had been extremely incompetent up to this point. As such, it was necessary to do a complete overhaul of military spending in order to properly fund the factories and production centers the military needed to survive this war.

A construction order was placed such that:
Construction would begin on 400 Smithies
Construction would begin on 300 Foundries
Construction would begin on 134 Mines
Construction would begin on 500 Extractors
Construction would being on 800 Oil Refineries
Construction would begin on 1000 Motor Factories
Construction would begin and be prioritized on 1700 Armor Factories


A follow up production order was placed such that:
Production would begin and be prioritized on 400 Landships
Production would begin on 2,500 Infantry Rifles
Production would begin on 1,000 Light Machine Guns
Production would begin on 1,000 Heavy Machine Guns
Production would begin on 200 Anti-Material Machine Guns

All available factories would immediately be put to work, and the nation would find its full strength or die trying.
