Sokbaek, Lewharia
Northern Lewharia was a back and forth bloodbath. The better equipped Mestrian forces were easily able to tear through the Hescoele Compact’s underequipped and mindless roach army, but the endless swarms always caused issues whenever munitions ran low before the resupplies could make it. The town of Sokbaek, however, was firmly in Mestrian control, acting as the headquarters of the entire northern front. With fortifications built all around and all munitions passing through before going to the rest of the front, it ensured they would be able to hold back any roake onslaught sent after them.
Along the coast, near the towns of Kimwang, Lewharia and Kuhung, Hescoele, the Mestrian forces were able to push back the HC forces, pushing closer to the capital city of Nacho, Hescoele. With their disconnect from direct access to the SU, their supplies had to be funneled through Abbadon and Shaum Shela, who both would take a little more than their fair share to help in their war effort against Diria, leaving them with lacking amounts from what they expected and hindering any attempts to actually outfit their entire, continuously growing army of roaches.
Capital, Mestria
After the initial raid of the HC’s military, the Mestrian army was able to push the roake out and back outside of the capital’s city limits. With the long line the only way for the roaches to get supplies, the army quickly came down full force on the extensive spike into the heartland of the Mestrian states, quickly chopping their supply lines off further east while the brunt of the army collapses in around the HC force, this being their only force that was fully supplied as they expected to take the Empress and force a capitulation within the first days of the war.
Drouya and Fliora
On the other side of the Rivernach Mountain Range, the Compact’s forces were able to penetrate deeper into the caught-off-guard Drouyan military. Scrambling to make an effective defense, half the country would fall before the invading forces could be stopped. The Flioran government fared much better, noticing the troop movements a few days in advance and able to mobilize their military in time to put up a decent defense, and soon able to force a sizeable offense into the Iobleaun territory along the river separating the Mestrian Confederation from Diria.
