In addition 500,000 heavy infantry soldiers, 500,000 standard infantry soldiers, and 250,000 light infantry were to be trained immediately. 100,000 field artillery batteries, 50,000 howitzer batteries, and 250,000 mortar batteries were to be constructed. In addition a 200,000 supply trucks were needed.
With the development of the mechanized walkers, 4,000 land battleships, 12,000 land cruisers, 3,000 land hunter killers, and 25,000 land frigates were ordered to be built for the advancement of armored warfare.
This was to be done in three waves. 10% would be mustered in the first wave, 30% in the second, and 60% in the third, to allow the economy to gradually catch up with mobilization.
