Pursuant to the international staol trade treaty, Kumosenkan was duty bound to protect Koi during an invasion. She had stalled. No longer. With the first roll out of the newly mobilized troops, they were loaded on ships and sent towards Koi. Escorted by the Nisshin Fleet, 350,000 heavy infantry (50,000 motorized), 300,000 standard infantry (50,000 motorized), 200,000 light infantry (25,000 motorized), 10,000 field artillery pieces, 5,000 howitzers, 25,000 mortars, 400 land battleships, 1,200 land cruisers, 300 land hunter killers, 2,500 land frigates, and 10,000 supply trucks were shipped off to Koi.
All of whom were placed under the command of General Michizuki, previously called back from Elenria to go over combat data from the notch war.

The Kumo forces would be directed to the city of Uustivosa in Southern Suur Rannik. The soldiers would barely be off the ships before they were being directed onto North-bound trains.
"Friends! Your help is desperately needed in Termingrad! Do not delay!"
Cranes worked to unload crates and vehicles directly from the ships onto freight trains, open-top gondolas and flatcars being used with chains holding anything everything down while soldiers were quickly funneled into passenger cars, all East Coast passenger services fully disbanded to aid in getting the large amount of troops North-bound.

General Michizuki greated the Koian's quickly but instead of getting right to work she handed a stack of papers to them. "Before we get moving we need your authorization for our seabees to set up a forward operating base to coordinate our movements from. We will set up a fusion center for our troops to coordinate the defense of termingrad as well as an immediate couterattack to set the Galrans on the backfoot. We've brought our own construction materials, it is critical they are first loaded onto trains as without proper organization our forces will be of no help to you."
Once the paperwork was signed off on, troops began loading onto trains en masse. The mechanized forces walked themselves off the boats before collapsing down into their hunkered/transit state. Cranes loaded the extremely heavy gear onto the trains and the Kumosenkan army was off, for her first real offensive.
