Sports

Lacrosse (Prairial - Vendémiaire)

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) consists of 4 professional teams, with talks of expansion if more people show interest in the sport.  The regular season begins in Prairial and ends in Fructidor, with the playoffs happening in Vendémiaire.  The playoffs consist of the 4 teams in a semifinal match with the champion going on to play in the finals while the two losing teams play for 3rd and 4th place.  The teams are:

Librevelt Revolutionaries (7-2)
Ajaccian Bonapartes (5-4)
Vichin Marshals (5-4)
Verdun Lions (1-8)

Competition Cheerleading (Prairial - Ventôse)

Cheerleading is a competitive sport born from cheering on fans at sports games.  Many competitions have been founded and teams from all around the state compete in them. Competitive routines typically range anywhere from one to three minutes, and contain components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers, and stunting.

Music

Millhiore

The most popular idol in the UCV, Millhiore is often called the "Princess of the Revolution".  She is very young, being only 18 and as such was only a child during the Revolution.  As such she grew up with the conflict.  She was "discovered" by Jean and Éva singing to children to help keep them calm during the conflict.  The pair took in the kids and Millhiore.  When she turned 12 she recorded her first song, My Best Friend.  The song was an instant hit and she has gone on to become extremely popular.  Her most listened to song is actually La Vichy, which is a stylized version of the marching song created during the Revolution.  Her version was adopted by a unanimous vote as the official national anthem of the UCV.  While the Consuls may be seen as the Minds of the Revolution, Millhiore is the Voice.
