With the further encroachment of Galra on Koian territory, Amali would deploy its armed forces to support the western part of the moth nation. The trains will run munitions, weapons, equipment, medicine, and food to the capital of Koi. The Amalian armed forces will be arriving in the capital of Koi, seeking redeployment where its best for them to support the Koian war efforts.
ADDENDUM, as requested by EpicToaster1: Reaching the Koian capital first would be the first of a series of supplies for, specifically, the Koians to use. Amali's 1930 arsenal of small arms and artillery to support the Koian build-up, and medical equipment to help Koi's troops survive combat. A small detachment of around 2,000 Standard Infantry (of the total 100,000) would also arrive under the direct command of General Agapios Melleas, carrying a message for the Koian government on the word of total rearmament.
