The Koian embassy in Rovuellia would receive an urgent letter from the federal government, the staff being on high alert for much of the rest of the day. The head diplomat, Vasilisa Chaykovsky, would type up a quick letter to the Rovuellian government.

The Republic of Ida Koi requests an urgent meeting between the the heads of state of Ida Koi and Rovuellia. Please let us know the earliest you can get back to us.

This is the earliest and best time for which the VP is able to meet with a head of state of Ida Koi, as the President is currently unavailable and will be for some time. 

This meeting was granted on short notice and the Vice President will be temporarily postponing their plans. It is advised you are quick to get here, you have a week and a half before they need to leave Sparken.
