Atio, is a Eoni revolutionary, politician, and political theorist. He is current serving as Consul de Paix of the Union of Communist Velts. He was born on the estate of a former noble as a slave. When his twin, Atia, came of age she was assaulted by their owner. This drove him into a rage and he led a slave revolt against the noble, killing the noble himself. Along with his twin he led the Eoni forces and formed the Ain Club with the Socialists and Communists. He organized the Revolutionaries supplies and ensured that those on the front lines always had what they needed to keep fighting.
After the war was won he resigned from the Ain Club to follow his sister. After the interim government failed he was called upon to help form a lasting government for the Union of Communist Velts. Under his leadership the Union has undergone its first 5 year plan, the plans to industrialize the former territories of Astusden, which is just coming to an end.
