Standards in place by Parliament makes manufacturing one of the higher paid careers in the country and highly sought after by the working class, several industrial zones are located on the main islands and colonies on Touli.
Mining
The United Kingdom relies on imported Staol to power most of its industry, but it does mine lesser coal and metals.
Shipping
Perhaps the largest industry in the UK, is shipping goods from the mainland to the West. Everything from food to Staol is transported via the massive merchant fleet, the Royal Navy also protects merchant shipping and responds to emergency calls following the Oceanic Trade and Prosperity Act (1939).

Agriculture industry
Agriculture is the largest economic sector for the UKUG, it ships millions of pounds worth of food to several countries with Kumosenkan being the largest buyer. The UKUG is the only major world power that produces a large quantity of food and uses it as an export.
Crops grown in the UKUG range from beans, peas, wheat, carrots, beets, cabbage, and its largest crop yield being potatoes. The island of Faroe grows more than 65% of the nation's potato yield. Wheat is grown largely in Alba, Eire and Zedon which feeds a growing brewery industry.
Fishing contributes one of the largest factors to food exports and feeding the UKUG population. Fishing fleets are privately owned by companies, individuals and even clans who operate in different seasons harvesting tuna, cod, crab, squid and swordfish for trade or domestic consumption. Tuna is one of the largest exports of the UKUG with a trade deal arranged with Kumosenkan, it is estimated that the tuna industry is now worth 556,392.00 pounds a year a large source of income for the UKUG economy.
Other sectors include beef where black angus cows contribute over 593,034.00 pounds worth of beef annually, chickens, lamb and pheasant are also raised but primarily sold domestically.
