"We can look into that. However, training may take a while. We could also look into doing some of the work for you until your engineers are trained." They'd think for a second. "What's the state of your infrastructure?"

"Recovering. The major roads and railways have been repaired. However many of the other roads and rail that are not as important are still suffering from the destruction caused by the Revolution." The Commissar would look outside. "You should see some of the damaged lines from this one. Much of the damage was caused by artillery fire."

"Are there at least direct routes from the border to any major cities that would need shipments?" The Ambassadors would look out the window themselves, peering to see what they can see.

"Of course, the first thing we did was reconnect the major cities." The countryside would go by and occasionally you would be able to see construction crews working on repairs of something. "The biggest thing is getting the plants up and running, as well as building new ones."

The Ambassadors would nod, turning back to the Veltist. "So we have hooking the URRV up to the staol lines, rebuilding of the staol plants, and training future workers to build new ones. Anything else?"

"Nothing major other than that," came the response. "Of course there might be minor things that pop up as things go, but that should be easy enough to sort out quickly. Now we would like to invite you to build a new embassy building in our capital of Librevelt, since the old capital was leveled during the war."

"Is it possible for us to go there and see the city?"

"It is indeed, this rail line runs directly to the Capital. You will get to see the countryside as we pass, but we will eventually end up in the capital at which point we can get you a tour if you like, or you could explore the city on your own if you wish. In either case a guide would be appointed to ensure ease of translation and such."

"A tour would be nice." The Ambassador would look at the others, them nodding in agreement. "As well as a look at where the embassy is to be placed."

"That can easily be done, you'll be able to tour the entire city easily and be able to choose from the many free lots in the foreign distract where your new embassy shall be placed."

"Perfect." The group would smile, leaning back and continuing the idle chit-chat as the train puffs through the Veltist country-side to the capital.

They would arrive shortly in Librevelt. The capital city was bustling with people as the train pulled in. There was a small police presence to ensure that the diplomats would have room to breathe as they exited the train and others boarded. The Commissars would head off to their jobs while a new guide arrived and began giving a tour of the city, showing the Eon Tower and the many newly constructed buildings. Eventually they would arrive in the Jaune District, the dedicated foreign district of the city. The district was sparse but it had some impressive buildings, specifically designed for foreign visitors as well as plenty of locations for a new embassy to be built.
