Autonomy
(-)Neverran states are ruled through a federal government with individual statehoods being able to organize their own local governments down to the city level were citizens may participate in voting elected officials into office from this level all the way to the federal level. Nevarran states and citizens experience great autonomy on a collective level where in an individual level the federal government has great influence over the states but rights, freedoms, and abilities are protected by a constitution that doesn't limit or supersede provincial and individual powers.

(-)Nevarra is a Crowned Republic with most of the power being consolidated in the federal government in a series of checks and balances between three branches in the government. Royal titles are integrated into the government but have little power and influence other than being ceremonial titles restricted to advisory roles and both affairs state and foreign restricted to acting as a figurehead for the government. The Prime Minister and the Ministry are the Head(s) of the Executive Branch of the Nevarran Government and their roles and powers in the government are to consolidate foreign and state affairs, organize and command the military, and veto bills sent by the Assemblage. The Assemblage is the Lawmaking Branch concerned only with making and revising potential laws to be introduced into the Crowned Republic on the federal level. The Judicature is the Court Branch concerned with making and keeping the Court of Law and assuring all laws are and passings in the Crowned Republic are kept in accordance with the constitution and that nothing passed or enacted upon by the Assemblage or the Ministry are unconstitutional and possess ultimate striking power of laws deemed unconstitutional.

(-)As mentioned before titles are largely ceremonial nature but the higher authorities such as Royalty and select Nobility are given some mainly advisory and diplomatic roles in the government. With this being the case many modern nobles are educated in matters of statehood and knowing the affairs of Nevarra and other nations. The Nobility and Royalty have influence, no doubt, but checks in place do not allow direct interference in any of the other branches in the government.

Though higher tiers of development exist within the interior parts of the valley as well as locations situated along the borders of both Ida Koi and Galra. Near the southern border there is on average less infrastructure but still built up to the minimum standard set by the government with the exception of cities near the Great Lake and southernmost river.

(-)Healthcare is a service provided in Nevarra that comes in either state-funded or privately operated versions. State hospitals are a lot larger and cater towards many varieties of afflicted, injured, and ill. Private institutions are known for being smaller in comparison but providing specialized healthcare and oftentimes catering to specific categories of patients.

Roads for any matters of registered vehicles for urban, suburban, and rural environments though towards densely urban centers the government encourages the use of public transport to reduce traffic and congestion in metropolitan areas. Orchestra, opera, plays, musicals, and other stage performances are also held in an incredibly high regard with actors catching the trending celebrity spotlights in the modern media. Though Nevarra has a history of appreciating artwork in the form of paintings, drawings, colorings, and sculpture and other visual arts with Nevarran galleries holding a mass collection of pieces produced from many periods throughout their personal history, also receiving generous donations of foreign pieces over the years to help expand their inventories.

More recently with modernizing movements, newer constructs are being made of cheaper and easier to mass-produce and/or transport. Men and women equally have served the years as soldiers, spiritual leaders, political figures, craftsmen, and both equally share in their own positive and negative qualities.

(-)Nevarrans greet each other with depending largely on the situation and context. For formal occasions it is polite to meet with a vocal greeting followed by both parties presenting their hands to perform a handshake. For casual occasions the handshake can often be foregone or replaced with other expression, either more or less intimate.

Instead, affordable and comfortable attire is favored during casual activities while during formal or work-based occasions business attire and/or uniforms are traditionally favored.
