The Red Orchestra is not at this time a faction, it is a general name attributed to the inhabitants of Rovuellia.
The Red Orchestra is composed of two major species of which constitute the majority of the population, and several others of which are considered to be off-shoot races of the other two and mixtures thereof. The Festria and Humans of Rovuellia share the similarities of white, sometimes albino skin with Red hair.

The second majority species in the mixture are the Festria, a race of anthropomorphics of which resemble vaguely a mixture between wolf and raccoon, with primarily outwardly raccoon like features and some more notable but somewhat subtle wolf like features such as canine like teeth, denser muscles and a overall larger size. Their fur is grey with a white underbelly, fuzzed over forearms and shins, and ringed tails with red and grey. Their hair is white. They have three sexes, one male and one female, with intersex/hermaphrodites making up the middle portion, barely about 5% of the population. Not very agile or super fast, but rather strong.
Homo Festri are the primary majority of the nation of Rovuellia, and make up by and large its biggest demographic. They generally stand around the area of 5'11 to 6'4, with some deviation both smaller and larger. They tend to have rather pale skin, and some are albinos. Because of this they are somewhat more sensitive to sunlight and wear more clothing to avoid as much in the way of direct exposure. They have only two sexes, male and female, and deviation is a result of interbreeding with the Festria. They have generally greater strength than the average person, but they are a rather clumsy sort and are not massively agile. Demi-Humans of which were exposed to the virus in the country and were not killed became Demi-Festri. Red hair, ears, tails, generally same characteristics as humans otherwise.
Lupus Festri are a race of lycanthropes of which resemble wolves. They are generally quite large and strong, but there are very few of them, and don't make up a large margin of the population, even as a minority they barely register as they're only about a few hundred thousand strong. They have grey and black fur, and have not taken on white underbellies, and generally are heavily furred as well. They have horns atop of their head, colored red. They're typically about five feet tall, around five feet, five inches at the maximum, the largest tending to be about nine inches tall.
Lykoi are a mixture of Festria and Lycan. They're more or less similar to Festria in terms of morphological traits, though they retain a mostly Lycan outward appearance.

All of them have weak telepathic capabilities, and the power can only be projected to within a few feet typically, meaning that they have to be really close to actually transmit the message they wish to convey to another creature(of which as well requires they have some telepathic capabilities as well). When enough are gathered and engage with each other in the act, sometimes augmented through verbal communication, they can amplify the power to project their voices over distances greater than a few feet, and sometimes rather great distances. Certainly not exceedingly far, sometimes up to miles and miles away, though if enough do it across their 'domain' they can cause it to reach a nation wide level. It is rarely useful for actual information relaying, as it requires massive numbers of people nearby, and while is somewhat simplifies the process of talking.
In rare instances, foreigners can report hearing the sounds of the Orchestra miles away, but this is incredibly rare.
