Napoléon Bonaparte is a former noble of Eonia and the current head of the Bonaparte family. The family is a meritocratic in nature, and it is rare that members of the family are blood related. This is due to the family's tradition of adopting skilled people into the family no matter their social status. Napoléon himself was adopted into the family due to his tactical skill and became an officer in the Imperial Army of Eonia. A former serf Napoléon was always sympathetic to the cause of the poor of Eonia. After the death of his adoptive father he assumed the position of Prince of Acrea and put forward proposals to aid the serfs and slowly abolish serfdom in the region.
On the outset of the Revolution Napoléon at first remained neutral. However upon his adoptive daughter Lucina's declaration for the Revolution he declared Acrea's support for the Revolutionary cause and personally lead troops to help the Red Army. Due to his immense popularity he was appointed Consul after the collapse of the Interim Government.
