Since the world was playing around with iron the High Pratics had sealed themselves deep underground. Perhaps it was disagreements with the rest of the world around them. Whatever the reason High Pratics rarely left their underground sanctuary, and those that did normally became prosecuted for their eternal youth, and their less savory practices. However the young Heavenly Sovereign had come to the decision that he wanted to meet with the outside world. So for the first time since the age of swords Praeca would open her doors to the outside world. Invitations would be sent out to the High Pratics who had left and kept in touch and from there world governments would receive their own invitations. It was an invitation to the Coronation Ball of the new Heavenly Sovereign.
The invitation laid out a few rules: ルール一: No outside technology allowed. ルール二: No exploration without a guide. ルール三: Nothing can be taken out without permission. ルール四: No surface disagreements are brought underground.
Alongside the rules there were suggestions to help those who wanted to come prepare themselves. It was suggested that whoever comes like fish and rice. It is also recommended that those who visit be able to handle their alcohol well. Included were the basic meal courtesy and some fashion tips for those visiting.
Lastly it was stated that all guests would be housed in the Heavenly Palace and would be given a tour of Praeca, being able to visit some of the hot springs and lakes throughout the caverns.

Queen McDonald and her twin cousins Shamus and Zane took up the invitation to represent Ulster Gaelia. The Queen would wear a bright green and yellow dress with a golden hairband, the dress had small designs of Gaelian flowers with the finest stitching in the kingdom. Shamus wore a black suit and a green tie, his shoes almost piano black. He got a fresh cut on his red hair and cleaned the beard off, his brother Zane who was in the Royal Army wore his dress green uniform. Adorned with medals he earned during the Great War against Galra. He bore a eyepatch that his a gruesome scar he received during the siege of lusatia when he led a marine company to assist their allies. He didn’t care to appear well dressed like his cousin and brother but came after being pestered into it. They would follow all the rules given to them and await a guide.

The Imperial Territories of Kaireil being invited to The Coronation Ball, sent a willing Prince who was interested in increasing their political legitimacy as well as to appeal to the Most Serene Heavenly Kingdom of Praeca with a prince or monarch type figure instead of with what their true authority was, their parliament. A few ambassadors were sent in case matters of politics was brought up. They stood outside as they awaited a guide to get them to the ball, not wanting to violate any of the rules.

They would arrive at the entrance where there was a carriage waiting for them. Marika would bark out some orders to the people standing near it who all began moving. Marika would help the Royals into the carriage and it would take them into the mountain. It would eventually come to a halt and they would exit. There was what looked like a young girl waiting for them. She would speak and Marika would translate. "Here is where they will check your luggage to ensure that you are not smuggling in illegal materials. It won't take but am minute, all they are worried about is things such as guns and the like." True to her word the search was noninvasive and quick. Once the guard was satisfied with the results they would be transferred to another carriage, this one on rails. Marika would talk with the Royals. "Full warning it can get dark in Praeca. Due to our natural dark vision we don't have a ton of lights around. Once we arrive we will likely have a meal with a Taikō. If you have any questions about what to expect please let me know. I will do my best to explain, though as you are aware it has been a while since I was here."

She would greet the group and shuffle them onto the carriage, giving them a quick course on Court Etiquette of Praeca. After the contraband search they would board the railed carriage and be on their way into the depths. "It will get a bit dark and maybe a little cramped in some areas, but don't worry. The insides of buildings are mostly lit. Though this might be your first experience with true darkness, so I caution you there. From the itinerary I was given we'll have a meal with some nobility and you'll be able to see some of the local attractions before the Ball."

King Dante arrived at the coronation not quite knowing what to expect. He'd never been to a coronation besides his own, much less one of some mysterious underground race on the other side of the world from Franerre. But then again, that didn't quite matter to Dante. The palace, the parliament, Pareau as a whole could get quite suffocating when you spent enough time in it, no matter how much Dante loved his country. But that was enough mulling over that. Even though this was officially a diplomatic mission, he needed the time to but the PSF's latest schemes or the latest reports from the Gendarmerie out of his mind. Dante looked at the woman to his right, Queen Lucia, and she returned his gaze with a smile. If anyone could accomplish that Herculean feat, she could.
The man sitting across from them cleared his throat. The Foreign Minister, Jacques Poirot, treated this like the diplomatic mission it technically was. Frankly, he wanted it to be over already. Dante knew of the work that needed to be done in Franerre, the plans they needed to make, but at the same time Jacques couldn't fault his King. Jacques was the only man he ever knew who never got tired of his work. "I trust you both reviewed the document I gave you?" Jacques asked.
"Yes, yes, that's the only reason we are in these outfits," Dante answered, looking down at his bright blue robe with gold trim. Queen Lucia wore a dress with the same color scheme, and Jacques wore a green robe with the same golden trim. Jacques opened his mouth to say something else, before the driver of the car knocked on the window dividing them. "We have arrived," the driver said after Jacques opened the window. Their motorcar arrived slightly later than Ulster and Kaireil's, noticing the pair's representatives as the guides led them away.

The King's party would be greeted by Captain Guryūeru Sereniti, who would give a small bow. "Welcome your Majesty," she said as they entered the carriage to travel. She would explain the natural features of Praeca before they arrived at the checkpoint and began to travel into the depths. "So the most important thing to remember is Court Etiquette. It will be similar to your own medieval times. You might find it quite backwards in some ways but it has been unchanged for millennium at this point. I also recommend watching your heads, as the noble residences may be a little shorter than you are used to."

Jacques could remember it all, and in fact the man probably had before he ever left Franerre. There may have been more springs and lakes on this one trip than he had ever seen on his trips in the Franch countryside, and the beauty was not lost on Dante. L'eesseau would be pleased with this land, and Dante made a mental note to ask for some of the water later. Dante perked up when Sereniti began to speak again. "Do not worry about me, Captain. I can watch my head plenty well."

"Understood, thank you for the warning." The Prince said politely, practicing his typical polite nature in order to prepare for conversation at the ball. The ambassadors simply nodded in response, not wanting to offend anyone. They all were wearing the recommended attire, wearing rather dull robes and skirts trying to best fit in at the call. All the ambassadors were all somewhat accustomed to the Praeca language, a further understanding of the culture here may provide useful for Kaireil for future diplomatic relations they were told...
Regardless, they simply waited to get to the ball expecting some darkness like the guide had said.

Shamus was dogging Zane about stories concerning Marika and the Crimson Fleet, Zane didn't seem interested in entertaining his twin. Queen McDonald would ask Captain Marika, "It's been centuries since Pracea made any contact with the world, why the sudden change?".

The invitation has caused quite a steer in the Imperial Palace. After all, thousands of years ago, it was the Practics who founded the nation and the culture that is now Ashigawa. Over those years, almost 5,000 by some accounts, the history became legend, and legend became myth, to the point that the High Practics are now considered the Ancient Gods of Creation. It would, by all accounts, be rude to reject such an invitation.
Representatives sent would be Princess Yuzuru, as well as the highest ranking priest in the nation, Tamori Shiro.
Among all invited nations, the Ashigawans would probably be most suited for the clothing standards of Praeca. Both the Princess and the priest were wearing traditional Ashigawan kimono. While they did include pants, they were of such a wide cut, as well as the whole outfit had multiple layers, that it almost entirely looked like a robe. The Princess's kimono was yellow, with patterns of white and black, while the priest was wearing a green one with black patterns.
Both being Odaru, they were much shorter than their human counterparts from other nations, but still taller than the High Practics, at about 5'3"

As their luggage was processed they would be escorted to the Heavenly Palace. "Understood, thank you for the warning." The Prince said politely, practicing his typical polite nature in order to prepare for conversation at the ball. The ambassadors simply nodded in response, not wanting to offend anyone. All the ambassadors were all somewhat accustomed to the Praeca language, a further understanding of the culture here may provide useful for Kaireil for future diplomatic relations they were told... Regardless, they simply waited to get to the ball expecting some darkness like the guide had said. They would arrive shortly at the station and would see the Low Pratics moving things around, signalling to each other silently. After a few minutes they would be taken to the Heavenly Palace. Queen McDonald would thank Captain Marika for guiding them as she adjusted herself to the darker environment. Shamus was dogging Zane about stories concerning Marika and the Crimson Fleet, Zane didn't seem interested in entertaining his twin. Queen McDonald would ask Captain Marika, "It's been centuries since Pracea made any contact with the world, why the sudden change?". "Who knows?" she said shrugging uninterested in the answer. "The Heavenly Sovereigns always decide things on a whim." Upon arrival there would be some bowing to Marika as she exited and began shouting orders in Pracit. The Low Pratics in the area immediately moved to do her bidding. She turned to smile at the Queen. "Please follow me, I shall take you to the Heavenly Palace." Carved directly into the wall the Heavenly Palace was a massive structure. The doors were plated with pure gold and large diamonds set in them. Those with a good knowledge of metals would realize that the doors themselves were made of titanium. As the parties entered the hall they would see marble and gold statues as well as portraits of every Heavenly Sovereign to reign over Praeca. There were also golden fountains with rivers of water that flowed through channels in the floor. They would be lead through the hall to the entrance room in which they would be asked to please leave their shoes, in order to help preserve the silken floors beyond. They would then be shown to their guest rooms, which were decorated to the upmost in jewels and precious metals as well as with silken bed sheets and personal wash rooms. Each group would be informed they could request an audience with the Heavenly Sovereign at their convenience before the ball (Please make a separate thread for this). Afterwards they would be left with the High Pratic guide and would be allowed to explore the Palace or Capital City.

The Gaelian party would comply with the request to leave their shoes even if Zane grumbled in defiance. Queen McDonald would request to see the palace as she had never seen anything quite like the Heavenly Palace. Shamus and Zane both inquired if drinks would be served as they seemed less interested in the palace and began to notice the other foreign guests.

Even the name of the Heavenly Palace seemed to correspond to Ashigawan legends. Taking off the shoes was not a problem - even if it's not silk that the floors are laid out with in Ashigawa, back at home they have a similar tradition. After reaching the private chambers provided for them, the Princess and the priest would ask if they can have a tour of the Place, and possibly an audience with the Heavenly Sovereign, saying that they have a gift for the royal family of Praeca.

Dante was glad for the rest and small bit of privacy afforded by the rooms. Flying halfway around the world to Nevarra, then taking a motorcar to Pracea took a lot out of the man, no matter how hard he tried not to show it. Even so, there was one thing Dante wished to do before the Coronation Ball. He walked the short distance across the hall to Jacques' room. Giving the door a soft knock, the face of his trusted advisor soon popped out. "Yes, your highness?" Jacques asked.
"Jacques, I have a question to ask of our guide, but I wish to make sure it will not offend them," Dante answered, "I wish to collect some of the water from the natural springs in the caves."
Jacques paused for a moment as he pondered the question. "I do not believe it would offend them, but you best let me ask, just in case." Dante, satisfied, called over his guide, and Jacques asked the question.

King Stanislaw IV was forced to politely decline the invitation, citing legislation from previous Sejms forbidding the King from leaving the country without express permission from the Sejm, as well as the beginning electoral season, noting that it'd be impossible to get the Sejm to work together long enough to permit him to attend.
In his place, a couple of nobles in the House of Lords would attend, fitted with what would be considered back in Lusatia to be ostentatiously purple suits, possessing other similarly gaudy blue and red suits, of various designs. Along with their party, they also brought various fine wood furnishings hand-crafted, as well as a fine painting by one of Lusatia's leading artists, painted in the Impressionist style.
