Minister of Foreign Affairs Scott Robertson was assigned to maintain relations with the Kaireli nation, after decades of being part of the Gaelian Commonwealth they were gaining more and more independence from the Old Empire. Robertson wanted to be the first man they contacted in anything related to the United Kingdom and sent a formal message to let them know he wanted a meeting with the government.

The minister of foreign affairs approved the meeting and sent over their currently best ambassador and diplomat to UKUG. Kaireli interest into the United Kingdom once again has regrown with their urge to grow economically. A meeting from UKUG seemed surprising at the least, sudden really. The minister of foreign affairs signed in approval, forwarding it to the Shahbanu for their signature given this seemed like a particularly important meeting. In a few days time a message would be sent back to UKUG, asking for a specific time and location for the meeting.
