A Militia Division is the basic of the basic for infantry divisions. They provide a ton of men at one time, but they are poorly trained and more haphazard than professional divisions. They are easy to make and can be called upon quickly, only needing two IRL days to raise a division. However, because of their speed, they are not at all a good division to use on their own. They do not have any artillery, anti-tank, anti-air, or other forms of support.
Militia requires no factories to produce in states with Firearm Rights for citizens, or one Factory per point of Militia. They can be produced in one IRL week's time.
