Overview
The Government of Premna can be divided into three distinct organizations each with their own duties and responsibilities to the state as a whole. The executive organization is headed by Kniaz Artem Romanov who assumed the role of Paternal Autocrat and delegates most executive responsibilities such as organizing the army and passing bills. The legislative organization or 'the Duma' is made up of many members that functionally serve as government ministers, and state commissioners and councils that descend from regional, district, to local. Finally there is the judicial organization that oversees and operates the National, Regional, and Local courts.
