Spring Festival preparations almost done.
As Esrellia is creeping ever closer, the final preparations for the Spring Festival are being made. Rumors are that the Crown Princess is once again going to break tradition by appearing in public.
Damyo Reizei chosen this year's COG representative.
Damyo Reizei has been appointed by the Tenno to represent our glorious Empire in any of internal relations between the members of Commonwealth of Granuras. He shall hold the post for 2 years, with potential of the Tenno extending his post for additional 2 years if his service is impeccable.
Trueno, Nissan, Honda and Isuzu to begin making automobiles for international market.
4 out of 7 of Ashigawa's leading automakers have come forward with their decision to expand into the international market. The Imperial Counsel has given them permission. Mazda, Suzuki and Subaru did not comment on their decision to not join their rival companies and stay strictly in the domestic market.

Technology Breakthrough in Telecommunications
Tokkai Telecommunications has announced that they have developed and successfully tested a new model of a trans-oceanic cable. This new cable is capable of being laid at much greater depths than all current models, has better insulation to protect from any fauna that might try to damage it, and significantly reduces the delay and quality loss of signal over long distance.

Trueno announces first factory abroad
Soon after the addition of a new ally to our great Commonwealth - Franerre, that is situated on the distant continent of Touli, Franch and Ashigawan officials have struck a deal to license production of several models of Trueno automobiles, made by and for the Franch, and possibly other nations on Touli. The project, while expected to be paid back by the Franch, has been entirely funded by Trueno themselves. Officials at Trueno says that whichever way you look at it - it's a win-win situation: Franerre gets new affordable automobiles, while Trueno gets international recognition. It is rumored that the CEO of Trueno will travel to Franerre soon to give a speech on their local radio stations.

Following a unanimous decision of the Ministers of Health, Interior, Commerce and Home Security, and requested by Tennō himself, the recent surge of infections have prompted the declaration a health crisis, with appropriate measures to contain it taken into effect.
The Home Guard is deployed to enforce total lockdown of the following towns: Oda: Nakatori Tawanagawa Kalikleio Livaraeus Naoutero Chori
If you reside in any of the above cities, you are required to comply with the Home Guard. Refusal to comply shall be viewed as a criminal offense which, under the imposed martial law of the total lockdown, is punishable by death. If you experience any respiratory issue, which include but is not limited to: Difficulty breathing Loss of smell Coughing Excessive sneezing Fever Chest pain
You are to report to your local health center immediately. This requirement is effective for ALL citizens, both in and outside the quarantine zones.
In addition, all travel to and from each island and colony us halted with exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis, but expected to be limited to transfer of medical personell and equipment, military personnel and equipment, government officials and provisions to keep the population in the quarantine zones sustained up to satisfactory living standards.
