1. Général Pétain is to receive One Hundred Thousand Troops to bolster his border defenses, along with additional artillery support. These troops are not to be placed on the border until such time as provocation exists, or other orders are given.

2. Major général Konsta is to promoted to Lieutenant général and given command of the Armored Cavalry.

3. In compliance with the directives of the CPC recruitment of citizens is to begin. They shall receive training to check both the physical and mental states.

4. Officers of the Institute are to be integrated into Army units to facilitate communication. Under no circumstances are these officers able to take command of their assigned unit.

5. Recon patrols of the border are to continue at the current pace using both air and ground assets.

6. Terrain Mapping of the North is to begin.
