After the end of the meeting of the Entente, the URRV Ambassador was invited to the Lusatian Embassy in Ulster-Gaelia the next day, to ratify the terms of the treaty, which, mysteriously, had lost all references to a mutual URRV-Lusatian border.
However, since the nations didn't share a border, anyway, it didn't seem like that big a deal that the line, which had been a weird addition to begin with, had disappeared.

The Ambassador, the member left behind by the Commissar when she left, would head over to the Embassy to sign the treaty, having recovered from their own mysteriously altered piece of paper.

Franek Nierychły, Lusatian Ambassador to Ulster-Gaelia, welcomed the URRV diplomat into the embassy, having already had an aide confirm that there didn't seem to be any media cameramen lurking around.
Pulling out a document, Franek said to the Veltist Ambassador, "Everything there ought to be as my brother negotiated: Mutual non-interference in internal affairs, and a commitment by the URRV to not militarily resolve the issue of the Transkolyman separatists. If this agreement holds to Lusatia's satisfaction, our government shall extend recognition to yours, most likely immediately prior to the election."
Providing the Veltist ambassador now with a pen to sign, he continued, "Now, is there anything else you wish to discuss, now that you have the ear of an official government source, or is your only business today to sign this treaty?"

"Well the agreement was that so long as certain stipulations were met there would be no military actions taken," the diplomat said with a smile. "But beyond the signing of this treaty I don't have any other business planned. The Commissar does wish you the best, and hopes to meet with an official government official one day." After reading the treaty to confirm the contents were accurate he would sign it.

Franek nodded, "And seeing as how we agreed not to interfere in your internal affairs, and an illegal separatist movement is, indeed, an internal affair, Lusatia will not involve itself unless the situation is escalated by the URRV and the URRV alone. Escalation by the separatists is their own funeral."
The document did, indeed, include all which was discussed the previous day. Upon being signed, a secretary collected the treaty and prepared to safely store it.
Franek spoke a last time, "Thank you for your time, Ambassador, may this be the beginning of a new future between our peoples."

The diplomat would nod before giving the traditional send off. "For the honor of our people."

With the document signed, and the Veltist Ambassador guided out of the building, the Lusatian Embassy in UG returned to its normal business.
It seemed unlikely that the Lusatian government would be open for further diplomacy until after the conclusion of the Lusatian elections.
