'Two days,' Leo thought as he approached the building, 'Two days? How do they expect His Majesty to be ready in two days?' If there was ever an instance that required the use of this building, it was now. His Majesty needed to know about the party as soon as possible, and there was only one way to get a message there that quickly, a telegram. Leo didn't know why he preferred them to talking on the phone. Maybe it reminded him more of writing a physical letter. Once everything had been sorted out, this was the message he sent. To HRH Dante IV STOPThis message is URGENT STOPTreaty successful, party in two days STOP
This message would have to be sent through Amali, Eleria, and Elenria, all on unsecured lines, but time was of the essence. 10 minutes later, he received his answer. Message Received STOP

Takpoe intelligence picked up on the telegram as it was transmitted, thinking little of it besides its curt nature. Perhaps a diplomatic wire? Trade agreement to cover some economic hole? The rather cryptic message was passed to the superior command, where it was sent to Kumo intelligence for their own review. For Takpoe, more pressing issue were at hand as they shifted attention back to their own lands.

Tick tick tick tick brrrr. Tick tick tick tick brrrr.
Tick tick tick tick tick tick tick brrrr.
The lines in and out of Amali to Touli were not usually monitored, however as with all Communication Protocols there was a sender and receiver. However, in accordance with the actions of Ashigawa and as it is a member of the Coalition, all communiques from COG-member states were being recorded.
Tick tick brrrr.

A young woman strode through the halls of the capitol center to the Imperial Ministry of War, heels clicking on the polished marble floor. This was routine for her, every transmission that passed through the telegram lines was always tapped and sent through the IMOW, though she was less than enthusiastic about her lunch break being delayed over it. Still, if it was anything the military could be remotely interested in, she had a duty to deliver it to the intelligence department. She was curious though, a message talking about treaties and a party? Of course a treaty was something to be celebrated, but to send a telegram that pretty much anyone could listen in on? She stopped for a moment, thinking to herself. Perhaps it was something unimportant after all, could just be something small, nothing too worthy of concern, especially since they didn't even run it through a cipher. No, she had a duty to her people, she had to see it delivered. She knocked on the door to the office, taking a moment to speak with the clerk inside before handing it off to her with a salute. Returning to her post, she reassured herself that if it was really something important, intelligence would know what to do, if not, they'd toss it out or file it away and nobody would have to worry about it.
