Dictatorship Republic
A Dictatorship Republic revolves around a Dictator as the Head of State, though not backed by military force. Ida Koi has a single dictator as the head of state, who has a cabinet that heads the different ministries of the nation. There is no Legislative Branch, only the Executive Branch and Judicial Branch.
Executive Branch
The Executive Branch of Ida Koi is headed by the Dictator, who presides over all matters of the state. The Dictator is the Head of State, Chief of Staff, Commander in Chief (during war), and Chief Diplomat of the Republic of Ida Koi. Below the Dictator is the Executive Cabinet, who presides over the various Ministries of that nation. Ministry Committees inspect all Cabinet Members before they're allowed to preside as the Minister of their respective Ministry.

What Policies Mean:
Constitutionalists believe that the word of law is strict, and that many prior rulings are what hold. Their rulings are mainly from the constitution, prior rulings, and law precedent.
Hardlineists are Constiutionalist-Lite, believing in prior rulings before others, but more likely to pull away from them than their counterpart.
Moderates believe that rulings are a case-by-case, either able to go by precedent or create new precedents.
Softlineists are Revisionist-Lite, believing that the goal of law is to adapt but also likely to look to precedents before jumping to every conclusion.
Revisionists believe that the word of law is ever-flowing, and that the law should change with the times. They may look to precedents, but are more likely to rule by their thoughts and public opinion than the constitution and prior rulings.
